💡 What Wiserwork Does During the Meeting

Wiserwork acts as your personal assistant in live meetings, empowers meeting hosts and participants to stay focused, capture essentials, and drive to outcomes.

  1. AI Notes & Recaps. Wiserwork automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings with near human-level accuracy. This means you don’t have to take detailed notes. Wiserwork captures the record so you can stay present.

  2. Automatic Action Items & Decision Capture

    • From the transcription and discussion, Wiserwork extracts action items, decisions, and recap summaries.

    • After the meeting ends, it shares the summary (decisions + action items) with all participants so everyone is aligned and accountable.

  3. Agenda Guidance & Focus

    • Wiserwork follows the agenda you prepared beforehand.

    • It tracks which topic is currently under discussion and which is next.

⚙️ How It Works

  1. Wiserwork joins the meeting

    • Wiserwork automatically joins the meetings you’ve preselected (as part of the “Prepare for Meeting” flow).

    • It can record audio only or perform screen / video recording. You choose the mode in global settings or override it per meeting.

  2. Wake Words and Activation.
During the meeting, Wiserwork remains passive and does not perform any action unless it detects specific wake words. The available wake words are: “Wiserwork”, “Wiser”, “Topic”, and “Action Item.” When one of these wake words is spoken, Wiserwork becomes active and ready to execute a corresponding voice command. If no wake word is detected, it continues to listen silently without interrupting the discussion. This ensures that Wiserwork only responds intentionally, maintaining a natural and uninterrupted meeting flow.

  3. Voice Commands
Once activated through a wake word, the Moderator responds to structured voice commands that allow you to guide the meeting.
    Examples include:

    • “Wiserwork, next topic” — moves to the next agenda item.

    • “Wiserwork, previous topic” — returns to the previous item.

    • “Wiserwork, pause discussion” — pauses the meeting flow.

    • “Wiserwork, off topic / return to topic” — marks the discussion as off-topic or refocuses the conversation.

    • “Wiserwork, create an action item [description]” — creates a new action item directly during the meeting.

Wiserwork will only act on clear voice commands preceded by a wake word.

  4. Agenda Awareness
Throughout the meeting, Wiserwork follows the agenda prepared in advance. It identifies which topic is currently under discussion and can, upon command, transition to the next or previous agenda item. Visual indicators display the current topic, the time spent, and what is next on the agenda.

  5. Action Item Management

Any action items created during the meeting are automatically captured. After the meeting, participants can review, edit, or complete their assigned items in each post meeting data or in the My Action Items section. The agenda creator retains full visibility and editing rights for all items created within the meeting.
