During Meeting Usage

💡 What Wiserwork Does During the Meeting

Wiserwork acts as your personal assistant in live meetings, empowers meeting hosts and participants to stay focused, capture essentials, and drive to outcomes.

  1. AI Notes & Recaps. Wiserwork automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings with near human-level accuracy. This means you don’t have to take detailed notes. Wiserwork captures the record so you can stay present.

  2. Automatic Action Items & Decision Capture

    • From the transcription and discussion, Wiserwork extracts action items, decisions, and recap summaries.

    • After the meeting ends, it shares the summary (decisions + action items) with all participants so everyone is aligned and accountable.

  3. Agenda Guidance & Focus

    • Wiserwork follows the agenda you prepared beforehand.

    • It tracks which topic is currently under discussion and which is next.

    • If the conversation drifts off-topic, Wiserwork issues gentle prompts or reminders to bring attention back to the agenda.

    • In effect, it helps you pace and steer the meeting.

⚙️ How It Works

  1. Wiserwork joins the meeting

    • Wiserwork automatically joins the meetings you’ve preselected (as part of the “Prepare for Meeting” flow).

    • It can record audio only or perform screen / video recording. You choose the mode in global settings or override it per meeting.

  2. Leading the agenda

    • During the meeting, Wiserwork tracks which agenda item is currently being discussed, and displays which item is next.

    • If the conversation drifts away from the topic, it gives subtle reminders to bring everyone’s attention back to the agenda.

  3. Commands / voice control

As a moderator, you control Wiserwork entirely via voice commands. If you want to alter anything, you must say the command, Wiserwork won’t change things on its own. Here are example voice commands you can use:

  • “Wiserwork, Next topic” — move to the next agenda item

  • “Wiserwork, Previous topic” — return to the prior agenda item

  • “Wiserwork, Pause discussion” — pause or temporarily stop progressing through the agenda

  • “Wiserwork, Off topic / return to topic” — bring discussion back on track if it drifts

  • “Wiserwork, Create an action item: [description]” — add a new action item live during the meeting

Whenever you want Wiserwork to change the flow, prefacing the command with “Wiserwork” ensures it listens and executes.

4. Editing / adjustments mid-meeting

  • You can edit the action items during the meeting: change due date, content or reassign owners.
