Profile Setup Checklist

You just need to complete two easy steps to finish setting up your wiserwork account.

1. Set Up Your Profile

Once you’ve completed registration, go to your Profile Settings page. Here, you can personalize how wiserwork works for you:

a. Profile Information: View and edit your personal details, such as your name, role, and timezone..

b. Meeting Behavior Settings

  • Choose whether you want wiserwork to perform video recording or audio-only recording when it joins your meetings.

  • Select your default meeting language. (You can still change it individually for each meeting later if needed.)

  • Webhook Settings: Connect Wiserwork with your favorite tools. This lets you automatically send post-meeting data (like summaries, decisions, and action items) to external systems such as project management tools or internal dashboards.

2. Connect Your Calendar

Next, connect your Google or Microsoft calendar so wiserwork can display all your upcoming meetings.
You can connect the calendar already linked to your organization’s account or a personal work calendar.

Once connected, all your meetings will appear on the Upcoming Meetings page within wiserwork — ready for you to prepare, track, and review.

You can disconnect or reconnect your calendar at any time from your profile settings.
