How are meeting minutes charged?
The meeting minutes are charged from the start of the meeting, if the user admits the wiserwork bot. You are not charged for bots you do not admit to your meetings. For example: if the bot waits for 10 minutes in the waiting room of the meeting and the actual meeting is 50 minutes, the user will finally be credited 60 minutes from their minutes.
Is Ask Wiser included in all plans?
Yes. Ask Wiser beta is included in every wiserwork plan, including Starter, Team, Business, and Enterprise. Every customer can ask questions across their meeting transcripts, summaries, decisions, and action items during the beta period.
Why is Ask Wiser in beta?
Ask Wiser is in beta because we are continuing to improve answer quality, source references, permissions, and how it handles complex questions across multiple meetings. During beta, Ask Wiser is included in all plans. After beta, we will introduce Ask Wiser pricing across all packages, and users will be able to choose whether they want to opt in.
